Hi! My name is Tara, and I am a Certified Professional Life Coach (ACC) and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). As a coach, I am trained in solution focused coaching techniques that are specially designed to elicit from you, the keys that unlock the pathways to your personal success. Before realizing my ultimate goal of helping people change their lives through a private coaching practice, I worked for many years as both an individual and family counselor.
